Our beautiful four bedroom, three and a half bathroom villa home is situated at the prestigious community of Sandy Ridge, nestling amongst woodland and conservation areas, yet only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World.

Sandy Ridge is one of the most desirable new developments near Disney.  It is only minutes away from shops and restaurants as well as numerous golf courses such as Reunion, Champions Gate and Celebration.  

Furnished to a high standard, the villa can accommodate up to 9 people, great for large families or even two smaller ones. Both master bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. The third bedroom has two single beds and the fourth, with a Disney theme, has the advantage of a bunk and single bed for the children to enjoy. These two rooms share the family bathroom with bath and shower. Each of the bedrooms has its own TV.

Hammock Court Villa enjoys over 1733 square feet of living space and has a spacious family living room to relax in during the day or evening, with two large sofas, large screen cable TV, DVD player, stereo system and Playstation.

Outside, the south-facing screened pool and separate Jacuzzi spa has an extended deck and shaded lanai with sunbeds, table, chairs and sun-shade.

The pool and deck looks out over a completely unspoilt lake and conservation area.

A removable safety fence is provided for added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading onto the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks for the same reason.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for preparing your favourite family meal or a light snack, which you can eat in the formal dining area, at the breakfast bar or al fresco out by the pool.

If you want some extra fun, then head to the games room, where you will find pool table, air hockey and foosball to enjoy.

This is a new, luxury style holiday villa that has everything you will need to make your holiday comfortable and relaxing.

Shopping and restaurants are only a short drive by car.
'Shoppes at Reunion' are 1.5 miles away, and 'Champions Gate' is just over a mile further. Both have a Publix supermarket, pizza takeaway, Chinese takeaway, Subway sandwich outlet, drugstore and a 24hour petrol station.
'Champions Gate' also has a McDonalds, a Chili's restuarant, an internet cafe, and a pizza restuarant.
'Shoppes at Reunion' also has a Dunkin Donuts.
