Driving Directions

From the airport to key collection (Villa Direct offices)
(about 20-30 mins journey time)

  • If you have arrived with Virgin Atlantic then you will be at Terminal A; BA and other airlines arrive at Terminal B
  • When you are leaving the airport, having collected your hire car, you should follow signs to the SR417 South
    • If you are leaving from Terminal A, you should follow signs through Terminal B towards the SR417 South Exit, then follow the directions below
    • If you are leaving from Terminal B, then follow the directions below
  • Move over to the right hand lane of the road as soon as it is safe to do so and then take the SR-417 South Ramp. This is the first exit on your right after joining Boggy Creek Road
  • Merge onto the 417 / Central Florida Greenway. You will need to have cash ready for the first toll booth ($1.25)
  • Follow the 417 to the next toll booth ($1.25) and then continue along the 417 and merge with the I-4 West (to Tampa)
  • Continue on I-4 for approximately 2 miles to Exit 60 marked 429 Apopka North
  • Continue on 429 Noth to Exit 6 marked 192 Kissimmee
  • Take a right at the traffic signal onto Hwy 192 east and stay in the right hand lane
  • Merge into the right hand filter lane and turn right onto Rolling Oaks Boulevard
  • Move to the left hand lane and take the first left behind the Olive Garden Restaurant
  • Turn into the Olive Garden carpark and the VillaDirect Guest Welcome Center will be on your right, next to the restaurant

The new Welcome Center is where guests should collect their arrival packs, buy authorized tickets at good discount prices, and talk with Guest Services personnel. Guests will also be able to watch DVDs, let the kids play on a state-of-the-art games console if they need to wait, surf the web on the internet cafe or sit outside on the patio area.

From key collection (Villa Direct offices) to Hammock Court Villa
(about 15 mins journey time)

  • Turn right back onto Hwy 192 heading east and travel for approximately 1 mile
  • Move into the right hand filter lane and at the traffic signal, turn right onto Old Lake Wilson Road, CR 545, following signs for World of Orchids.
    (As you are approaching this junction, look out for a tall Ramada Hotel on your right)
  • Continue for about 5 miles, passing Mystic Dunes Resort on your right, and Celebration World Resort on your left. You will also notice the Reunion resort on your left and right about 3.5 miles down this road – a large complex of houses and golf courses
  • You will reach traffic lights at CR 532, the Osceola/ Polk line road. As you approach this junction you will see a CVS drugstore on your left and a Publix grocery store opposite
  • Turn left onto the CR 532 and continue for 1.5 miles. You will still have Reunion Resort on your left for about half a mile of this
  • After 1.5 miles you will see the entrance to Sandy Ridge on your right
  • As you turn in you will be on Sandy Ridge Drive. Follow this road to the end, passing a children’s play area on your left
  • At the Stop sign, turn right onto Royal Ridge Drive
  • Take the first left onto Hammock Court
  • 226 is the 8th house on your left
Heading back to the airport
  • Heading back to the airport, obviously follow the reverse of the journey above
  • Don’t forget the tollbooths!

From the villa to Shoppes at Reunion (1.5 miles)

  • From the house, head back to the main road by turning right out of Hammock Court onto Royal Ridge Drive and follow the road round.
  • Turn left into Sandy Ridge Drive and follow it to the end, back to the main entrance.
  • Turn left onto the CR532 and head along for about 1.5 miles until you get to the crossroads with the CVS store and other stores on your right and Publix and other stores to your left.
From the villa to Champions Gate (3 miles)
  • From the house, head back to the main road by turning right out of Hammock Court onto Royal Ridge Drive and follow the road round.
  • Turn left into Sandy Ridge Drive and follow it to the end, back to the main entrance.
  • Turn left onto the CR532 and head along for about 1.5 miles until you get to the crossroads with the CVS store on your right and Publix on oyour left.
  • Go straight across there keep going straight on for another 1.5 miles until you get to Champions Gate.
  • Drive past the BP and 7-11 garages and the Walgreens store, and then turn right into the main cluster of stores, specifically the Publix supermarket.

From the villa to the I-4 (which takes you to Disney, International Drive, Universal and Central Orlando)

  • From the house, head back to the main road, and then turn left onto the CR532. Head almost the whole way to Champions Gate (see above, about 3 miles), but just before you get quite there, you will see a sign on your right for the I-4 eastbound.
  • Take that turning and you will be heading east on the I-4 towards Disney, Universal and Central Orlando
  • Alternatively, take the next turning onto the I4 westbound and you will be heading towards Tampa and Busch Gardens
  • You will have joined the highway at Exit 58, so remember that for your way back!

From the villa to the I-192 & Celebration

(Note: this is the route back to the Villa Direct offices)

  • From the house, head back to the main road, and then turn left onto the CR532
  • At the crossroads with the CVS store on your right, turn right onto Lake Wilson Road, CR454
  • Follow the road for about 5 miles, passing the Reunion resort on your left and right – a large complex of houses and golf courses, and further along, the Celebration World Resort on your right and Mytic Dunes on your left
  • At the end of the road you can turn either left or right onto the I-192 for various restaurants and gift shops.
  • If you turn right onto the I-192 here, you can follow signs to Disney and to International Drive
  • To get to Celebration you need to turn right. And follow the I-192 for about 3.5 miles back towards Shoneys and the Villa Direct offices. When you’re there, there will be signs to turn right towards Celebration. Follow the signs along that road towards the Marketplace and this will take you into the centre of Celebration for shops, restaurants and bars
