• A 20% deposit is required to secure the property. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment
• Pool heat is recommended from 31 October to 31 March.
• Pool heat is an additional $35 per night
• A minimum of 4 nights pool heat is chargeable on all reservations.
• A $95 cleaning surcharge applies to all stays

Your villa rental includes accommodation and all services (gas, water, electricity), although excludes pool heating

Bookings will not be accepted for parties of young people under 21 years of age.

Arrival and departure: you are welcome to arrive at the property any time from 4pm, and must depart by 11am on your last day

Pool cleaning: the pool is cleaned and chemically balanced every week
